1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products.
  • Items purchased during sale/discount.
  • Products without original packaging or invoice.

4. Return Process

  • Please email us at returns@autocosmic.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged or wrong product.
